1-minute care workflow survey

How are vital signs actually checked in care homes?

We're speaking with care teams to understand how routine observations work in practice, how often vitals are checked, and whether better visibility between checks would be useful.

This is part of early PenielSense research into passive visibility and care workflow support. It is not a sales form.

Why we're asking

In many care settings, vital signs are checked during routine observations, when a resident appears unwell, or when staff have a concern. We're trying to understand how this works in real environments and whether gaps between checks affect staff confidence, resident wellbeing, or escalation.
